FOR HIIGH RESOLUTION PRINTOUT:

1) Download the map. (Right click over map > "Save picture as" > choose where to store it on your computer.)

2) Open map image file in Photoshop, Elements, or other image program. (OK to "Leave as is - don't color manage")

3) Change resolution to 240ppi. (Click IMAGE> IMAGE SIZE> un-check "resample image" > RESOLUTION type in "240" > OK)

4) Rotate image 90-degrees in either direction, so it's a vertical rather than horizontal. (IMAGE > ROTATE CANVAS > 90-degrees CW or CWW)

4) Print out. The map should be about 5½ x 9 inches.
