ADULTS

Full week - 6 or 7 nights: $230 total per person ($200 for shared room)

5 nights @ $40 = $200 ($175 for shared room)

3-4 nights @ $45 per night*

1-2 nights @ $50 per night*

* NOTE: Because we expect to fill the house again this summer, anyone wishing to book for less than 5 nights will be wait-listed until June 15.

KIDS

One child through age 14 staying in same room as adults is FREE.

Extra childen through age 14 staying in same room as adults: $10/ night.

Teens 15 or older: Adult rate.

For kids staying in separate rooms, please inquire for rates.

	Includes all-you-can-eat breakfast each morning, plus use of in-ground swimming pool, refrigerator & microwave in dining room, piano, tv, wrap-around veranda, BBQ grill. There are 18 rooms for our use. All have sinks. Some have private bath; the others (on 3rd floor) share toilets and showers that are just steps away, with extra WCs on 2nd floor.
